How long does production take?
Every piece is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
US & EU: 5–10 business days
Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
International delivery times may vary slightly depending on your destination and local customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?

Will I get tracking information?

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept general returns or exchanges — including for sizing. What if my order arrives damaged or with a print defect?
You're fully covered by our quality guarantee. Email contact@support.houseofsuneditions.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll get back to you within 1 business day with a replacement or refund.
What if I ordered the wrong size?

Product & Quality
What are your canvases made of?
Our canvases are printed on an acid-free, pH-neutral, poly-cotton base with a fabric weight of 10.15 ± 0.74 oz./yd.² (344 g/m² ± 25g/m²), giving each piece a rich, gallery-quality texture. Every canvas is hand-stretched over a solid wood frame with a thickness of 1.25″ (3.18 cm), so it has real depth and presence on the wall — not a flat print.
How do I know what size to choose?
Each product page includes a full size guide with exact dimensions to help you find the right fit for your space before ordering.
Do the prints come ready to hang?
Yes — each canvas arrives stretched and ready to hang.
